The Opportunity

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience supporting utility-scale PV, BESS, or Substation construction.

This role is well suited for someone ready to move away from the field while continuing to use their field-based experience.

You’ll interact with active project site teams and review drawings or other technical information to establish the scope of work, manage project data and deliverables, and identify issues before they affect the client or project.

Ideal Candidates Will Have

• Utility-scale solar PV, BESS, or electrical construction experience
• Strong understanding of projects from an electrical perspective
• Experience reading and interpreting electrical drawings
• Strong Excel and data fluency skills
• Experience with cable schedules, equipment tables, or similar project-related data
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Clear communication skills with project teams and clients
• Bluebeam, Adobe, Excel vba coding and/or utilizing ai tools, dwg software
• Graphic editing, label printing, working with label-system softare is a plus
